The Genesis contract is a fully outsourced temporary and permanent contract. The service provision includes the management and recruitment of approximately 300 temporary workers and approximately 400 permanent hires per year. Retinue had built up a strong relationship with Genesis Housing Association prior to the award of the integrated temporary and permanent managed service solution.

Retinue partnered with Genesis to deliver an integrated temporary and permanent recruitment solution. The technology was critical to Genesis, who required a single online recruitment system instead of two dated systems, to create a more streamlined service.

Between March and October 2011, Retinue were awarded an exclusive and innovative permanent volume campaign to support the transformation of Genesis. We were responsible for managing the roles from advert through to offer stage, replacing the internal permanent recruitment team. Retinue spent a considerable amount of time understanding Genesis’ HR processes and procedures and as a result successfully recruited all stipulated roles by October. Candidate satisfaction increased by 15% and internal customer satisfaction increased by 10%. Overall, there was a considerable reduction in time to hire and cost per hire.
