Retinue are working in partnership with Butler Rose to guide the next generation of young women in finance and procurement.
Our latest campaign aims to empower young professionals by building a community of allies who will inspire and support them to reach their full potential.
Along the way, we’ll raise the profile of women in leadership positions, showcasing their journeys and the challenges faced along the way, and how these were tackled. We’ll highlight the importance that diversity brings to teams including, the resilience, adaptability, and unique perspective that female leaders bring.
The next event will be held on Thursday 1 May 2025 in London. We'd love to see you there.
How it works
Here are three ways that you can get involved:
1. Share your story
We’re collecting short 60 second stories from finance and procurement professionals to empower female graduates and entry-level women to become the future female leaders
2. Pledge to support
In partnership with Butler Rose, we’re connecting the next generation of female leaders via our support network.
3. Invite others to get involved
You will no doubt work alongside inspirational female leaders, and we’d love to invite them to share their stories and join our mentorship programme too.
Together we can break down gender stereotypes and build a future workforce that’s more equitable and inclusive. Together we can empower her future.

Butler Rose specialises in the recruitment of finance and procurement professionals, from part-qualified through to Group Directors. As such, they have access to a wide range of talent and are passionate about ensuring young female professionals have access to great representation - the stories of other successfully women in finance and procurement.
