The Role

Orbit is seeking to appoint an outstanding candidate for the role of Stakeholder Engagement Officer to develop and co-ordinate our stakeholder engagement strategy, as well as identifying and cultivating new stakeholder relationships in order to grow Orbit's brand reputation and influence.

This new role is integral to our mission of leading in building thriving communities as we grow our business in new areas of the country, solidifying our standing as the major provider of affordable homes.

Reporting to the External Affairs Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and driving the implementation of plans to engage key stakeholders
  • Briefing senior colleagues ahead of key meetings and speaking engagements, ensuring consistency in message
  • Developing and maintaining a SRM system to record stakeholder engagement activities and intelligence
  • Establishing appropriate evaluation mechanisms to measure the impact of stakeholder engagement activities

    You will have a track record of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to strengthen relationships, networks and/or winning new business.
