A co-founder of Retinue, Jon has been building innovative workforce solutions for organisations around the world since the late 1990s. Technology, quality, cost and control are core to his approach. A qualified HR / Tech Change and Project Manager by trade, Jon is passionate about planning for success, compliance and ROI.

Co-founder of Retinue, Rachel served as CEO for 12 years. Results-oriented, motivated, and energetic leader with strong management skills, Rachel is capable of turning business strategy into actionable results. Rachel is passionate about motivating teams to deliver profitable outcomes, and has a proven track record in doing so.

Having spent the last 30 years in workforce management, nearly the last decade dedicated to the NHS and Healthcare, Dan is both passionate and excited to be responsible for a team focused on delivering continuity of workforce to the required compliance standards safeguarding patient safety, controlled through tech to reduce cost and enable collaborative working across Trusts and Health Boards.
