As a part of our continuous expansion we are seeking engaging and assured
individuals to help us support coordination of processes for our UK clients in
Healthcare and Construction sectors.
Role Scope:
To ensure the successful delivery of all services and
performance within the scope of the MSP and resolve any issues that would
impede this.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of all services within the scope of the MSP within the contractually agreed timescales, following agreed processes
- Management of relationships with mid-senior level stakeholders
- Issue management: from investigation through to complete resolution
- Actively working with group companies to increase volume of workers supplied to the client under the MSP
- Ensuring agreed processes are always adhered too
- In-depth understanding of company system and ensuring client adopts this technology
- Delivery of client training and process briefing sessions
- Development of strong working relationships with recruitment partners
Experience:
- Analytical thinking alongside effective communication - both verbal and written English
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, suppliers and team members at various levels and establish position as a trusted advisor
- Consultative approach: identifies issues and able to propose solutions
- High level of organization and effective time management skills Willingness to work within fast paced service-delivery environment with quickly changing priorities
- Efficiency on Microsoft including Outlook, Excel, Word and Sharepoint
- Willingness to accommodate to UK business needs (10am-6pm PL time working hours alongside working towards UK calendar/bank holidays)
