Keepmoat Homes is a UK-wide housing developer with sites in over 60 locations.
The Retinue Managed Service Provider (MSP) relationship grew from a decade-long partnership with the Keepmoat Group. In 2016, Retinue was awarded a three-year contract to deliver a temporary staffing and workforce management solution, and this collaboration continues successfully today.
Requirement
The contract’s goal was to deliver an outsourced temporary staffing MSP solution that offered cost control, improved governance, and enhanced visibility.

- Delivering comprehensive training for hiring managers on the Bridge VMS (Vendor Management System).
- Implementing digital requisitions and online job approvals.
- Enabling managers to pre-vet and select workers, approve timesheets securely, and receive consolidated invoicing.
A dedicated account team was deployed to support Keepmoat’s HR and operations teams to:
- Manage operational workforce demand.
- Assist with future resourcing and talent planning.
- Enforce company policy compliance across all recruitment activity.
Compliance protocols were redefined to mirror permanent employee standards, establishing consistent mandatory compliance levels by job category—measured and managed across the entire supply chain.
