Retinue is thrilled to announce that we have been recognised by Great Places to Work for our teams in the UK, Poland and South Africa. The internal barometer of our workplace environment found that 79% of employees feel that Retinue is a Great Place to Work. That’s 25% higher than the industry average.
Following an internal survey of our employees, on issues such as diversity, inclusion, transparency and development – we were awarded the accolade for 2025.
Additionally, a notable contributor to the accreditation was the outstanding workplace programmes and policies that are made available to all employees across the group.
