Following the success of its initial trial across 17 hospitals, Circle Health Group is expanding Circle Flex - its innovative self-service staffing platform - to more than 40 sites throughout the UK.

Developed in partnership with Retinue, Circle Flex gives nurses and healthcare professionals unprecedented access to hundreds of flexible shifts, available to book 24/7 with a single click.

The platform empowers clinical staff to take control of when, where, and how much they work, while supporting continuity of patient care across Circle Health Group’s nationwide network of over 50 hospitals.

Circle Flex forms part of Circle Health Group’s ongoing commitment to workforce innovation, operational efficiency, and employee wellbeing. Its expansion follows overwhelmingly positive feedback from both healthcare staff and hospital managers during the successful pilot phase launched in June 2024.
